We appreciate your patience as we transition to a new online system.

Instructions:

  1. Visit the add-on sale page and enter in the amounts for the lots that you’d like to add on to.
  2. When finished, visit your cart (found here) to review or just start the checkout process (found here).
  3. If you have an existing bidder number, you may log in using it as your username. Your password may be one of the following:
    • If you gave virtual add-ons in 2024, your password will be the same as last year.
    • If you have a buyer number but did not customize your account, your password will be the last four digits of the contact phone number we have on file for your account.
    • If you have an existing buyer number but do not have a phone number on file, your password will be the zip code of the contact address we have on file for your account.

When you log into the account, please verify that you information is accurate and make any necessary corrections. If your buyer information does not include an email address, then you will be provided a sample address of ‘buyer+[your-number-here]@bentoncountylivestockauction.com’, please change this before completing your order to receive the transactional emails.

You do not need a buyer number when completing add-ons, but you will be assigned one in our system upon your first order – until then your email address will serve as the main identifier for your account.
